Terms of Use

These terms describe permitted use of CUbat and its Gmail integration. The application operator's contact is contact@cubat.cloud.
Authorized use
Use CUbat only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting a Gmail account authorizes the specific access shown on Google's consent screen. You remain responsible for the recipients, content, attachments, and sending instructions you provide.
Responsible messaging
Do not use CUbat to send unsolicited spam, deceptive messages, malware, or content that violates applicable law, another person's rights, or your mail provider's policies. Respect provider sending limits and recipients' requests to stop receiving messages.
Workspace administration
The administrator is responsible for securing the computer or server running CUbat, granting appropriate user permissions, protecting credentials, and managing stored data and backups. Browser access to a workspace is separate from this informational website.
Google and other providers
Google and other mail providers operate independently of CUbat. Their terms and policies also apply to your use of their services. Connecting an account does not guarantee message delivery or uninterrupted API access. CUbat is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Privacy and ending access
Read the Privacy Policy before connecting an account. You may stop using CUbat and revoke its access through your Google Account. Ask your workspace administrator to remove stored account data and credentials when access is no longer needed.
